North Park Hill was one of Denver's first suburbs and is located just east of City Park and west of the Central Park neighborhood. It's characterized by bungalows, Denver Square + Tudor homes on the southwest side of the neighborhood and pre-1960's brick ranch-style homes on the northeast side. The central location features an easy route for commuters via Colorado/Quebec + I-70. Residents enjoy the proximity to all the trails, shopping and restaurants in Central Park, as well as local neighborhood favorites in various commercial districts within Park Hill proper. North Park Hill's boundaries are generally defined by MLK Blvd. to the north, Quebec St. to the east, 23rd Ave. to the south, and Colorado Blvd. to the west.
